Hard Reset - Jetpack 4G LTE Mobile HotSpot SCH-LC11

Note Performing a hard reset removes all modified settings (e.g. Network Name (SSID), Wi-Fi/Admin Password, MAC Filtering, Port Forwarding, DMZ, etc.) and restores the default settings.

  1. Launch the admin page.
  2. From the home screen, select Configuration (located at the top).

  3. Select Diagnostics.

  4. Select Reset to Factory Defaults (located at the bottom).

  5. Select OK.

Alternate Method

Note The Device MUST be powered on.

  1. Remove the battery cover.

  2. Press and hold the Reset/WPS key for 10 seconds (located on the right edge).
    Note LEDs change to white.
