Access Administration Page - Jetpack 4G LTE Mobile HotSpot MiFi 4510L

This helps navigate to the admin page or if you've forgotten the admin password for your device. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.

  1. Set up a Wi-Fi network connection with the device.
    The network credentials (SSID/password) are located on the back of the device.

    Device software version 2.16.07 (and earlier)

    The password is the IMEI minus the last digit.

    Device software version 2.23

    • New devices:
      • The WiFi / Admin password is on a label located on the back of the device or on a label located under the battery.
        Label
    • Device Upgrade Utility (DUU) devices:
      • The password is unchanged by the DUU, i.e., customer set password or the IMEI minus the last digit.
        Note If the password is unknown perform a hard reset using the alternate method then use the IMEI minus the last digit.
    Note Select the appropriate operating system for additional assistance:
    Macintosh OS X
    Windows 7
    Windows Vista
    Windows XP
    Google Chromebook
  2. Launch a web browser then navigate to 192.168.1.1.
  3. Enter the password then select Login (located in the upper right).
