Transfer Pictures/Videos - DROID INCREDIBLE by HTC

This helps when you want to transfer or move your picture/video files between your device and a computer/PC. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.

Only DRM free / unprotected video can be transferred via this method. DRM protected content do not play on this device.

  1. Connect the device to the computer with the USB cable.
  2. From the home screen, pull down the window shade (located at the top of the screen).
    Refer to Window shade - DROID INCREDIBLE by HTC for assistance.
  3. Touch Disk drive then touch Done.

From the Computer to the Device

  1. From File Explorer / Finder on the computer, create a new video folder in Removable Disk (X:).
    Removable Disk (X:) represents the SD Card installed in the device. This name may vary.
  2. Use the computer to copy video files into the newly created folder.
  3. To further organize files, create a subfolder in the newly created video folder and copy desired video files into it.
  4. From the home screen, pull down the window shade (located at the top of the screen).

  5. Touch Charge only then touch Done.
    Select charge only then Done
  6. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.

From the Device to the Computer

  1. From File Explorer / Finder on the computer, create a new video folder in Libraries / Videos (Movies, My Videos) folder.
  2. Use the computer to copy video files into the newly created folder.
  3. To further organize files, create a subfolder in the newly created video folder and copy desired video files into it.
  4. From the home screen, pull down the window shade (located at the top of the screen).

  5. Touch Charge only then touch Done.
    Select charge only then Done
  6. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
