Configure the Email Client to Leave Messages on Server after Retrieval

This may correct issues if you're receiving emails to your computer/PC but not your device. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.

Note When an email account is set up on an email client (i.e. Microsoft® Outlook), the email is downloaded off the server and into the email client. Many email clients have an option that leaves a copy of the email on the server. This option allows the email to be downloaded to the email client and leaves a copy on the mail server so that email can also be viewed on web mail interfaces and mobile devices. This option needs to be configured manually.
