Enterprise Activation - BlackBerry® Bold™ 9930 Smartphone
The device must have an active account on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and have Enterprise Activation enabled for this process to be successful. Contact the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Administrator for more assistance.
- From the Home screen All tray, select Setup.
To expand the tray, press the Menu button then select Open Tray.
- Select Email Accounts.
If presented, review the End User Agreement then select I Accept to continue.
- Select Enterprise Account.
If not presented, Perform a Register Now then repeat steps 1 and 2.
- From the Account Activation section, enter the following information then select Activate:
Activation times vary and may be thirty minutes or more.
- Activation Password
- Select OK.
