Locating the 4G SIM PIN/PUK - My Verizon Website
This may help if you're unable to send/receive calls or connect to the Internet. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.
Only the account owner or an account manager with full online access can perform these steps. Here's some additional information on account roles.
- Navigate: My Verizon > My Device > View All.
- Click My PIN and Unblocking Key (PUK)* (located on the right in the About My Device section).
