Restart/Soft Reset - Apple® iPhone® 4S

Soft reset can resolve issues like continuous resetting/rebooting, device crashing, freezing, won't ring or vibrate, can't make or receive calls, device locks up, and keypad doesn't respond. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.

Note Notes:
  • A restart is the most useful tool for resolving a variety of issues. In most cases, a restart will not affect data on the device.
