Enable/Disable Siri - Apple® iPhone® 4S

Note Siri on the Apple® iPhone® 4S uses voice recognition to send messages, schedule meetings, place phone calls, etc.

Note To determine the Device Software Version, refer to View Software Version.

Enable Siri
Disable Siri

  1. From the home screen, select Settings.

  2. Select General.

  3. Select Siri.
    Siri
  4. Drag the Siri switch right, to the On position.
    drag switch right to enable
  5. Select Enable Siri.

Disable Siri

  1. From the home screen, select Settings.

  3. Select Siri.
    Siri
  4. Drag the Siri switch left, to the Off position.
    Drag switch left to disable
  5. Select Disable Siri.

  1. From the home screen, select Settings.
  2. Select General.
  3. Select Siri.
  4. Select the Siri switch to enable.
    Note Enabled when the switch is in the green position
  5. Select Enable Siri.

  4. Select the Siri switch to disable.
