Account Settings - Softcard (Isis Mobile Wallet®) - Android™

Note Editing the account settings can also be performed from the Customer Portal.

  1. From the Softcard app, tap Menu (located in the upper-left).
    Note If necessary, sign in to the app.
    Tap Menu
  2. Tap Settings.
    Tap Settings
  3. Tap the setting. Tap an Option



  1. Tap Email.
    Tap Email
  2. Enter the PIN.
    Enter a PIN
  3. Edit the email address then tap OK.
    Tap OK





  1. Tap Password.
    Tap Password
  2. Enter the current password.
    Enter the Current Password
  3. Enter the new password and re-enter the new password then tap OK.
    Tap OK
  4. Tap Close.
    Tap Close





  1. Tap PIN.
    Tap PIN
  2. Enter the current 4-digit PIN.
    Enter the Current PIN
  3. Enter a new 4-digit PIN.
    Enter the New PIN
  4. Re-enter the new 4-digit PIN.
    Re-enter the New PIN




Security Question

  1. Tap Security Question.
    Tap Security Question
  2. Answer the security question then tap Answer.
    Tap Answer
  3. Tap the Security Question dropdown menu.
    Tap the Security Question Drop-down Menu
  4. Select the security question.
    Select a Security Question
  5. Enter the security question answer and re-enter it to confirm then tap Done.
    Tap Done
  6. Tap Close.
    Tap Close





  1. Tap Lock.
    Tap Lock
  2. Select the lock time interval then tap SET.
    Note Selected when a green circle is present.
    • 1 minute
    • 3 minutes
    • 10 minutes
    • 30 minutes
    Tap Set




Share Location

Turn Share Location On/Off by moving the switch right/left.
Turn Share Location On/Off




Log Out

  1. Tap Log Out.
    Tap Log Out
  2. Tap Log Out to confirm.
    Tap Log Out
