If the Admin Password is unknown and is not viewable via the device, a hard reset can be performed. A hard reset removes ALL modified settings (e.g. Network Name (SSID), Wi-Fi/Admin Password, etc.) and restores the default settings viewable on the external LED of the MiFi device.
- Establish a Wi-Fi network connection with the device.
The Wi-Fi Name and Password can be obtained via the external LED of the MiFi device.
Select the appropriate Operating System for assistance:
- Launch a web browser then navigate to //my.jetpack
Alternatively, navigate to 192.168.1.1
- Click Sign In (located in the upper-right).
- Enter the Admin Password then click Sign In.
The Admin Password can be obtained via the external LED of the MiFi device.
