Memory Card Inserting/Removing - Casio® G'zOne Commando™ 4G LTE

Note The Casio G'zOne Commando 4G LTE supports microSD (TransFlash) memory cards. MicroSD cards can be purchased from any Verizon Wireless retail store or at the online store.

Insert The Memory Card

  1. Press and hold the Power button located at the top of the device.
    Power button
  2. Select Power off.
    Home Screen select Power off
  3. Unlock the battery cover.
    Note Slide the switch to the free position.

  4. Remove the battery cover.
    Note Starting from the top right of the device, carefully detach the cover as shown.

  5. Slide the orange bar to Free and insert your finger in the groove to remove the battery.
    Note The orange slide bar must be set to Free (right) to lift the battery from the compartment.

  6. Insert the memory card with the logo facing up and slide it into place until it is fully inserted in the memory card slot.

  7. Insert the battery as shown.
    Note Ensure that the connectors on the battery align with the connectors on the device.

  8. Slide the Battery Lock to Lock (left) as shown.

  9. Replace the battery cover.
    Note Insert the cover into the slots (1) and then press the battery cover in the direction of the arrow (2).

  10. Lock the battery cover into place.
    Note Press down at each arrow point.

    Note Slide the switch to the lock position (down).

Remove The Memory Card

  1. From a home screen, select the Apps tab.
    Home Screen select Apps tab
  2. Select Settings.
    Apps Screen select Settings
  3. Select Storage.
    Settings select Storage
  4. Select Unmount SD card.
    Note If presented, unmounting the SD card may stop some applications from functioning, select OK.

  5. Press and hold the Power button located at the top of the device.

  6. Select Power off.
    Home Screen select Power off
  7. Unlock the battery cover.
    Note Slide the switch to the free position.

  8. Remove the battery cover.
    Note Starting from the top right of the device, carefully detach the cover as shown.
