Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Moto X™

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login / not receiving email issues. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.

  1. From a home screen, select Apps Apps icon (located at the bottom).
  2. From the 'APPS' tab, select Settings.
  3. From the 'ACCOUNTS' section, select Corporate.
  4. From the 'ACCOUNTS' section, select the appropriate email address.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Select Menu Menu (located in the upper right).
  6. Select Remove account.
  7. From the 'Remove account?' prompt, select Remove account to confirm.
