Clear App Cache - Moto X™
If your device runs slow, crashes/resets or apps freeze when running them, view this information. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.
- From a home screen, select Apps (located at the bottom).
- From the 'APPS' tab, select Settings.
- From the 'DEVICE' section, select Apps.
- From the 'ALL' tab, select an app.
To switch tabs, swipe left or right.
- From the 'CACHE' section, select Clear cache.
This option may not be available for all apps.
