Data Roaming - Apple® iPhone® 5S

These instructions help when you have no Internet or network connection or can't send/receive email/text/pics/videos. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.

Note Enabling data roaming may incur roaming charges.

  1. From the home screen, select Settings.

  2. Select Cellular.

  3. Select Roaming.

  4. Ensure the Voice Roaming switch is enabled.
    Note Enabled when the switch is in the green position.

  5. Select the Data Roaming switch to enable/disable.
