    Yes. Call #MIN (# 646) from your mobile phone. You’ll have the option to listen to the total Family SharePlan minute usage after hearing your individual usage. A second free text message will be sent to your phone with the minute usage for your Family SharePlan.

    #MIN is an estimate of the minutes used since your last statement date. The estimate is typically updated within the last 24 hours. This estimate may not include usage outside your local calling area.

  4. I checked my minute usage by dialing #MIN on my phone. When does this minute usage start over?

    Your minutes start over at midnight of the last day of your billing period. To identify your billing period:

    1. Sign In to My Verizon.
    2. Select "My Bill."
    3. Look under the "Statement Summary" section to find the beginning and ending date of your billing period.
