411 Search is directory assistance with automatic call completion. An operator will assist you when you request:

  • Phone numbers
  • Addresses
  • Information for almost any place of interest, like restaurants, movies or the nearest florist

To reach 411 Search, simply call 4-1-1 from your mobile phone.

You can also have a text message with the listing’s information sent to your mobile phone by selecting 1 when prompted during the call. Plus, if you subscribe to VZ Navigator, you can have driving directions sent to your VZ Navigator app.

The cost is $1.99/call, and minute usage will also apply according to your plan.

How to Get It

This feature is automatically available to all Verizon Wireless Customers.

How to Use It

Call 411 from your mobile phone.

Note: During a single call, you can request up to 3 listings from the menu services offered under the 411 Search menu. If additional requests are needed, you’ll need to call 411 again. Another representative will help you, and you’ll be charged the $1.99 fee for another call. Call completion is available for one of the requested numbers during each 411 Search call. Minute usage will apply according to your plan for both the 411 call and the call completion, as if you had disconnected from 411 Search and dialed the number yourself.
