Fossil Gen 5 LTE Smartwatch Software Update
Verizon is pleased to announce a software update for your connected device. This software update has been tested to optimize performance and resolve known issues.
Before you download:
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network, or make sure you have a strong Verizon wireless network connection.
- Ensure your battery is fully charged or your device is connected to a charger before starting the software update.

Battery Management: Smart Battery Mode was updated to address an issue where the watch failed to return to normal mode after removing it from the charger with 90%+ charge.
Phone dialer app: Updated to allow emergency calling while in airplane mode.
