You have several options when it comes to paying your monthly bill. Whether you use My Verizon, or your personal bank's website, this video will tell you what you need to know. Check out our Pay Bill FAQs for more information.
With My Verizon, you have several options when it comes to paying your monthly bill online or with the My Verizon App.
To pay your bill online, go to vzw.com/myverizon and sign in to get started.
To make a one-time payment, select Bill from the My Verizon Navigation, then click Pay options. Set up your payment by selecting to Pay in full, Pay another amount or Make a split arrangement if you need more time. Click Continue.
You'll then select your payment method. We recommend you use your checking account, but you can also choose Debit, Credit, or ATM card, or a Verizon Wireless Gift Card.
If you haven't saved your payment information, click Add method. Enter all of the required information. Your payment information will automatically be saved for future payments. If you don't want the new payment information to be saved, uncheck the box.
Once you've provided all required information, click Continue. Before submitting your payment, review the payment details. If you need to make any changes, click Edit. If everything looks good, click Confirm.
Another option is to submit your payments through your personal banking service provider's website. In order to do this, you'll need to be sure to include:
To locate this address in My Verizon, select View bill PDF from the Bill overview page. Scroll down to the bottom of the bill to find the remittance document and address.
Whether you pay your bill with My Verizon, or your bank's website, it's easy to pay your Verizon bill online.
