Activating and Setting Up Your Samsung Galaxy Note® 3 – New Customers
This guide is for new Verizon Wireless customers who purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 3. If you’re an existing Verizon Wireless customer, refer to the Activating and Setting Up Your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Guide for Existing Customers.
Note: Removing the SIM card from your new phone could delay activation and set up.
To activate and set up your new phone:
- Insert the phone’s battery and attach the back cover. If you’re not sure how to do this, refer to your phone’s user guide.
- Turn on the phone by pressing down the Power button on the top-right side of the phone. Refer to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Turning the Phone On and Off simulation for step-by-step visual instructions on how to do this.
- Follow the onscreen steps to complete activation and set up of your phone.
