Check / Delete Visual Voicemail Messages - Google Pixel Phones

Here's how to check, listen to and delete Visual Voicemail messages from your Pixel smartphone.

Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

In order to perform the steps below, Visual Voicemail must be active.

Open the

Phone app

Tap

Voicemail

Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:

If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.

Play message

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the

Play icon

next to the message to automatically start.

To enable or disable the speakerphone, tap the

Speaker icon

(to the right of the Play icon).

To delete a message, tap the

Delete icon

To delete multiple messages:

Touch and hold a message until a checkmark appears.

Tap (check) any additional messages you'd like to delete.

To delete all messages, tap the

Select all icon

Tap the

Delete icon

You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Pixel or from another phone.
