The "All Circuits Busy" message means that all six available channels on the Network Extender for Business are in use. We recommend that you set up your Managed Access list to provide priority access to your company users.

  2. The Network Extender for Business is taking a long time to provide connectivity. Why?

The Network Extender for Business can take up to 60 minutes to become operational. If GPS signals are weak and the unit isn't positioned optimally, GPS acquisition may take longer. For more information about setting up the Network Extender for Business, refer to the user guide (PDF*).

  3. I can’t find a window nearby for the Network Extender for Business GPS antenna cable. What should I do?

A window for the GPS antenna cable is required. Please refer to the External GPS Antenna section on page 20 of the user guide (PDF*).

If you're having difficulty accessing a window, you may need to use the extended GPS cable or order the 20 ft cable. Additional GPS cables can be purchased through your business representative or by calling Customer Service at (800) 922-0204.

  4. I assigned the Network Extender for Business IP address incorrectly, and now I can’t reach my device. What should I do?

For steps on how to recover the device, please refer to the Reset Tool section on page 18 of the user guide (PDF*).

Note: The default IP address of the device is 192.168.1.10 when a DHCP address isn't assigned or the device has been misconfigured.

  5. Calls I make using the Network Extender for Business sound choppy. What should I do?
