NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube and YouTube TV with new phone & Unlimited plan - redemption FAQs

To qualify for the NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube and YouTube TV (2023 - 2024 season) offer, you must sign up for a new eligible Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate mobile phone plan and purchase a new eligible smartphone between 7/27/23 - 9/13/23.

Eligible devices include:

• Samsung: Galaxy S23 5G, Galaxy S23+ 5G, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip5
• Google: Pixel Fold, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro
• Motorola: Edge+ (2022)

You must activate your new smartphone within 30 days of the purchase date.

One offer per eligible Verizon account. The offer cannot be combined or stacked with an existing NFL Sunday Ticket subscription.

Note: Business and Prepaid customers are not eligible for the offer. Verizon employees and salesmakers are not eligible for the offer.

After you activate your eligible mobile service, you’ll receive a redemption notice from Verizon. You must redeem the offer within 60 days of Verizon’s redemption notice to you, or by no later than 12/13/23, whichever is first.

You'll find the last day to redeem on the offer tile on your My Verizon mobile account page.

You'll receive an email telling you that you can redeem the offer after you activate your eligible mobile service.

To redeem the offer:

1. Sign in to your My Verizon mobile account (redemption not currently available on the My Verizon app)
2. Select the NFL Sunday Ticket offer redemption tile.
3. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions and then select Continue.
4. Follow the steps to redeem your chosen offer.
5. You'll be redirected to +play to redeem your offer.

You may not be able to find the tile to redeem the offer for any of these reasons:

• The offer has already been redeemed.
• You missed the redemption deadline and the offer has expired.
• You canceled your eligible Unlimited plan or changed to an ineligible plan, or returned your eligible smartphone, and no longer qualify for the offer.

Verizon reserves the right to charge back the value of the offer up to $449 if the eligible Verizon service and/or smartphone purchase is canceled before 2/29/24. If you haven’t redeemed, you’ll no longer qualify after you cancel your Unlimited Plus plan or return your smartphone.
