The need for change can strike at any moment. You might not be sitting at your computer when you suddenly realize you need more data.  Or maybe you’re out and about when you need VZ Navigator to get turn by turn directions or traffic information to help you get where you’re going.  Well, don’t sweat it. With the My Verizon Mobile app; you can change your features while on-the-go in just a few simple steps. 

First, download the My Verizon Mobile app from Google Play or from the App Store.  Now, launch the My Verizon App from your device, and if prompted, Sign In to My Verizon.  Select “Change Features” from the links on the home page.  There you’ll see the list of “Available Features”. Your current features will be shown at the top of the page and indicated with a green checkmark or you can select the “Current Features” tab at the top of the page to view active features and features included with your plan.  If you’d like more information on any of the features listed, select “more info”, or you can add or switch to a new related feature at a different price point by selecting the button right from this page.  Scroll down the page to see additional categories of features and select the “plus” sign to view each category’s features.  If you accidently add a feature, or change your mind on a selection, just select “remove feature” and the option will be de-selected.  Once you have made all of your changes, click “review” from the bottom of the page. Now select the date your changes will go into effect.  You will have the option of choosing when the changes should take effect. If you select your changes to take effect at the start of your current bill cycle, it will backdate your changes. This is a good option if you have increased your allowances, so you can avoid any overages.  You can also select for your changes to take effect today, or wait until the start of your next bill cycle. Once you confirm your selection, you will then review the changes you have made.  From here, you can “Make more Feature Changes”, “Submit Feature Changes” or “Cancel Feature Changes” You can also access Current Features again from this page to confirm no duplications are being made or to understand why any conflicts may occur.  Once you confirm, you will see an alert pop-up that confirms your changes have been made.  Jump onto My Verizon Mobile today and make your changes when it’s convenient for you.
