*611 On-Screen is like having your own Verizon concierge at your fingertips.   Simply dial *611 from your Android Smartphone and you will be brought to your landing page in seconds – with all the power of  “My Verizon” in the palm of your hands.  No more listening to menus or navigating through prompts in our automated phone system to obtain the information you want or to make changes to your account. This app provides you with easy navigation to access and pay your bill, make changes to your plan or device, and update your user profile and billing information.  

With the *611 On-Screen app, you’ll have shortcuts (links) to the features you use most like View Usage and Pay Bill, directly from the landing page.  Additional options can be accessed by selecting the Bill, Plan, Device, or Profile tab at the top of the screen – providing you access to over 50 menu options to obtain account information or make changes to your account.

Just below the Express Service options (links) on each page, you can access volumes of educational content to answer frequently asked questions and obtain device support. Now if you do need to speak with a representative at anytime, you will see, at the bottom of every screen, a link to connect you with Customer Service.    (“Call Customer Service” button)
