Verizon Wireless makes it easy and convenient to manage your ringback tones using My Verizon and the Verizon Media Store online. After you sign in to My Verizon, scroll over the ''Shop'' menu item and click ''Ringtones & Ringback Tones'' under the ''Media'' column. This takes you to the Verizon Media Store, and at the top of the page you'll see the menu item ''Manage''. Scroll over ''Manage'' and select ''My Ringback Tones'' in the dropdown menu. This opens the Ringback Tone Manager, and in the middle of the page, you'll see a list of your ringback tones. From here you can view and assign all of your ringback tones to individual or groups of callers. If you want to add an overall ringback tone that everyone hears, simply drag the icon of the ringback tone or jukebox you wish to assign to the ''My Default'' section on the top right of the page. To assign a ringback tone or jukebox to a specific contact, click the ''Contacts'' tab on the right. You can enter the name and phone number of a contact or use an already existing contact. Just drag an icon from the ringback tones or jukeboxes section and drop it into the square box by the contact. You can also set ringback tones by day of the week and time of day. Jukeboxes play up to fifteen ringback tones at random. Create up to five of your own by clicking the ''Create New Jukebox'' icon and drag and drop the desired ringback tones to the empty slots on the right side of the page. When you're finished, click OK. These jukeboxes can be assigned just like an individual ringback tone.
