  1. Who is eligible to sign up for the Nationwide Messaging Plan?
    In order to establish your eligibility for the Blackberry or PDA Smartphone plan, please bring either (i) a letter indicating that you are hearing impaired on appropriate letter head from your audiologist, hearing health professional, speech or language therapist/specialist, physician, surgeon, vocational rehabilitation agency counselor, teacher or credentialed therapist; or (ii) your membership card for the National Association of the Deaf, Hearing Loss of America, AG Bell, Association of Late Deafened Adults, Telecommunications for the Deaf, Inc or other similar group.

    No eligibility is required for the $34.99 Consumer plan.

  2. What are the messaging options that are available as part of the plan? 
    The $34.99 plan includes unlimited Text, Picture and Video Messaging to anyone on any network in the U.S. The $54.99  and $69.99 plans include unlimited Text Messaging, and Picture and Video Messaging to anyone on any network in the U.S.
  3. The Nationwide Messaging Plans do not contain a voice allowance. Does that mean that voice service may not be used?
    No, although these plans do not include a monthly voice calling allowance, voice calls can be placed and will be billed at a per-minute charge.
  4. What is the difference between the $54.99 plan and the $69.99 plan?
    The $69.99 plan is specific to customers that use a corporate email address and corporate email server.
