So far, so good!I was skeptical about the quality of this adapter when I read the first 2 reviews, but it looks better than what's pictured (no logo plastered on it), and the quality seems good so far with my Razzle phone. Call voice quality is clear.

misleading picture; inconsistent qualityThe picture displayed for the SHA35-1 adapter shows a robust-looking product with a Verizon logo. None of nine SHA35-1 adapters that I have ordered matches its picture. Instead, they have the generic appearance displayed for the SHA25-1 adapter. The trim form of the actual adapter is less distracting but perhaps easier to lose than the advertised product would have been. Two of the nine adapters that I have ordered have had the problem that the output sound goes to only one channel, and two have been misplaced, but the five remaining adapters work great for making calls and for listening to stereo music.

Astounding failure. AgainVZW fails AGAIN in making a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter to use with VZW new ear pieces with mikes and older VZW phones.
Basically it does not work, though for the first time VZW has designed one that is potentially capable of carrying telephone sound (earlier version carried no sound). Only there is no way to position the adapter male or female to find the minute zone that will keep the sound going -- conversations are reduced to static.
And the design instead of the 2.5mm end being an "L" to hang tight along the phone, it now sticks straight out.
Just great for pockets.
I've bought two adapter versions from VZW & almost 10 others and none work. VZW's is the most awkward failure as it is made to be used with their equipment and can't be.

So glad to finally find this.Searched quite a few sites, but this was hard to find. Finally ordered one from another site and they sent an extra one as a gift. One didn't work at all and the other was almost impossible to plug in. I could hear on that one, but audio didn't work. Returned both of them, hoping they would at least send replacements, but they simply credited my Paypal without even asking them to.
When I found yours, the low price amazed me! Since it was from Verizon I felt confident enough and I needed two, so I ordered two and they both work!!

Will this work with the microphone on the headphones?
Asked by: Spud1
The only way to find out is to try it, therefore experiment will cost money whether it works or not. 99.44% of these adapters are built for apparently other kinds of "sound" & will not work with VZW earpieces with mikes. Verizon's latest adapter in this size kinda sort works although there is no way to use it unless the phone stays completely still, as any movement at all will change positions of the plug-ins and static results. The design is also inferior to last VZW attempt, being straight rather than L at the phone. The prior version did not work at all. The present version is so limited it is not worth its low price and since one wants an ear piece/mike in order to move around while talking, this one might as well not work at all. Motion = commotion.
