    Big Sound
I purchased a pair of Flip 4 to use in my Personal Fitness business when doing bootcamps in a gymnasium. Surprisingly, the pair of Flip 4's deliver great sound, and my class can still hear me fine as I shout out instructions. I pair them up, put them in stereo mode, and have them connected to my phone for easy volume control while I'm running around the gymnasium leading the bootcamp workout. At about 70% volume, they are loud and clear (I'm guessing 70% by the number of bars on my apple ... read more phone volume). I also use the pair in a massage therapy room, where they deliver clear stereo sound and music during massage therapy sessions. My only complaint, is that sometimes I'll hear some static, but not sure if it is due to low battery, poor internet connection, or poor bluetooth connection between phone and speakers. I usually let speakers run to about "1 dot" before charging. But I would say that 99% of time, sound is clear and no static. I would still recommend. Very happy with speakers. I recently took the pair on a road trip in my 4Runner, and loved the sound for both music and audio book listening.

    Awesome Sound!!!
I bought this speaker last fathers day 2017 and I use this daily in my car (My stereo was stolen last year). Even at highway speeds with all the windows down this speaker sounds nice. Plus, this device is waterproof party tested!!.

    Truly impressive voice recognition
I got this for my birthday. I links to my other google devices. It responds very quickly. I don't even need to pause after I say "Ok Google". Great speaker quality. Even comes with touch controls like a smartphone. Incredible design.

This is awesome - No idea why it is so cheap.
First - Verizon ships this device faster than others. Second - I have two echo dots - they're not even close in quality or intellect. I'll be selling them on Facebook tomorrow. When it comes to a smart speaker, it is impossible to beat the smartest search engine - google. The volume and sound quality on this small device is impressive and it looks great. For the price, these will be an awesome gift for family members. P.S. If you have a 5 year old, you'll thank me later. The Google ... read more Home mini never gets tired of answering impossible questions.

Found this unit on the side of the highway
I was servicing a disabled vehicle on the side of a 65 MPH zone stretch of highway and just happened to spot this model on the ground. It was thrown or dropped from a vehicle on the highway and has the battle scars to prove it. It was beat up, wet, and was there for a little while. I put it in my unit for a couple days and on a whim plugged it in. It still works great! The battery lasts forever, the sound quality is awesome, and the light effects are pretty cool

    JBL Speaker Comparisons
I'm a gadget junky. I have had every JBL Charge since the first one came out. The first sounded amazing and put JBL on the map for Bluetooth speakers. I then got the second one, which improved the bass, but lowered the high ranges and the volume output was definitely decreased. When the third came out I did not buy it right away, as I wanted to see about the flip 4 with the new JBL Connect and I also picked up the JBL Xtreme. So, I ended up buying the Flip 4 and Charge 3 at the same time and ... read more would return the one that didn't sound as great. I returned the flip 4 and kept the Charge 3.... Here is why... So here is my comparison: JBL Charge 1: Great volume and high ranges. Low base compared to later models. Rating A- JBL Charge 2: The higher ranges were decreased, but the bass and mids sound a lot better. The catch: Max Volume level went down a lot (Options: Mic, External Charging, & Multi Device Connect) Rating B+ JBL Charge 3: The higher ranges were brought back and the mids and bass still remain great. The volume level was increased back to a good level. JBL took the best parts of the Charge 1 and Charge 2 and created the Charge 3. This is the best sounding JBL so far. (Options: Mic, External Charging, & JBL Connect, Splash Proof) Rating A+ JBL Flip 4: The mids are good and it gets loud, but the bass and highs are really off. It makes the sound sort of distorted. I think JBL tried to pack a little too much into this smaller design. Compared to the Charge 3, it does not even sound like a JBL. I do like the new JBL Connect Plus feature, as you can connect to multiple speakers for surround or for larger spaces. (Options: Mic, JBL Conect Plus, Waterproof) Rating: B Hope this helps everyone!!
