The only real complaint I have is that it does not keep the heart rate well during vigorous exercise. It often loses track either when you are flexing, sweating, or moving vigourously. Having said that, it works just fine. You wouldn't want to base an EXACT number of calories on a device like this anyhow, and this one does an absolutely terrific job of estimating.
No watch will make you work out, but this might provide a little bit of needed motivation. And it provides great data for someone
