Great Product. Even Better Customer Service.
I purchased my UP Band back in March. I wear it all the time, except when I'm in the shower or swimming. It has definitely motivated me to be more active and I've lost 40 lbs since having it. I've never had any issues with the band not responding or tracking what I was doing. The App is also very easy to use and understand. I did have one issue, the button on my band came off after about 9 months. I don't know if this was a quality issue or just that it got knocked around one to many times while

using it. The pleasant thing was, I emailed customer support and within 5 minutes I had someone calling me to help me get my band replaced.
