What's the status of my discount?
To check on your discount registration status, go to Check My Submission Status and enter your mobile number and billing ZIP Code, or enter the tracking number you received after you registered. Keep in mind that it can take up to 10 days to review and process your discount registration. After your discount eligibility is confirmed, it can take up to 2 billing cycles for your discount to appear on your monthly bill.
What if I already have a mobile account, but am eligible for a corporate discount?
If your organization has an agreement with us, you can update your account to receive the discount once you've established your eligibility.
How do I get these discounts if I'm not a customer yet?
Click on the discount that applies to you on this page. You'll be taken to a page where you can confirm eligibility and take the next step. For corporate discounts, you'll need to sign up for service using your work email address.
What is Verizon Forward?
Verizon Forward provides reduced cost internet to eligible new or existing customers. Qualifying customers receive a service discount on their Fios, 5G Home or LTE Home Internet plan price.
Does Verizon offer other deals and promotions?
Yes, Verizon regularly offers deals on smartphones, accessories and more. Check out our deals page for the latest offers. Plus, many of our offers can be combined with discounts.
Who is eligible for Verizon Forward?
Starting 2.8.2024, Fios, 5G Home and LTE Home internet customers may be eligible for Verizon Forward if they meet at least one of the criteria below:
- Transfer an active Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) benefit to Verizon before the ACP program ends.
- Received a Federal Pell Grant within a year prior to application.
- Qualified for one of these assistance programs within 180 days prior to application:
- Lifeline - income is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines or use SNAP, Medicaid, or other programs (Learn more)
- Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) (Learn more)
Can I bundle together phone and internet for an additional savings if I already have a different discount?
Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for other promotions on your account along with Mobile + Home Discount. This includes discounts for first responders, military members, nurses, teachers or students. There are also some limited-time Verizon mobile and Verizon Fios joint device offers, as well as Auto Pay monthly discounts, which may be available if you sign up for Auto Pay and paper-free billing.
There are, of course, some exceptions. When you enroll in Mobile + Home Discount, you'll be notified of any discounts that can’t be combined.
