How can I get full access to the account?
Request that the Account Owner approve your upgrade to Account Manager. The Account Owner
will be sent a message and will be given the opportunity to approve or deny your request.

Account Managers have access to virtually all account functions such as:

  • View billing details and history
  • Upgrade devices
  • Change plans and more.

I don't need full access to the account.
