Thanks to your valuable feedback, we've updated My Business Account to streamline your online ordering and account maintenance experience. This is the next phase in the series of online improvements, as we work to make the tool more intuitive and productive—so stay tuned for additional enhancements throughout 2013.

Place orders more quickly and efficiently with flexible options to select plans, features and accessories the way you want: per device,
per line or for the entire order at once.

Account Maintenance page

  • Save time with a new "dashboard" layout
    that provides a clear view of all available
    maintenance options.
  • Get the details with category
    descriptions and notification of which
    features are required.
  • Don't forget to order your Global
    features. Those features can also be
    selected from this page.

Manage Wireless Numbers and Users page

  • View your account, your way, with tabs
    that allow you to manage account details
    by lines, accounts, cost center or user IDs.
  • See only what's important by selecting
    only the details you need from the
    convenient drop-down filter menu.
  • Save time with the ability to update cost
    centers directly on the Edit User page.
  • Reduce clicks by copying changes from
    one line to multiple lines at once.
  • Select multiple lines at one time and
    complete changes.
  • Swap device id's between 2 devices to
    quickly change devices. You no longer
    need to make a call to have those
    changes completed.
