Requirements for the enhanced dialer
The One Talk enhanced dialer requires the latest Samsung software update for S9 or S9+ smartphones on the Verizon Wireless network. Once the software is updated, you’ll automatically see the advanced feature buttons on the Samsung dialer when you make or receive a call.
