What we do:

The Verizon Wireless Network Real Estate department is responsible for the administration of contractual agreements for cellular sites, such as leases, licenses, easements and subleases. The department maintains a database of these agreements, issues rent payments, assists landlords and supports Verizon’s real estate field personnel throughout the country to ensure that all contractual agreements are tracked, processed, maintained and supported.

Verizon is happy to announce the launch of the Landlord Portal, an online service center where you can, among other things:

  • View your payments
  • Submit a Notice
  • Submit a Tax Bill
  • Submit a Utility Bill
  • Request a copy of your Contract or Liability Policy
  • Store your lease documents online for easy retrieval

To access the portal, simply register online and provide basic information required to create your account. Within two business days, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your online account is available. Sign in any time to get the latest information concerning your account.

If you are having difficulty registering, please review the registration guide. If you have not heard back about the status of your registration approval after two days, please visit the registration support page for further assistance.

*Access to the Landlord Portal will be approved for existing landlords only. If the site is undergoing a change in ownership, the new landlord will be able to register for access after the ownership change has been processed.
