Migrating your existing Verizon Wireless agency lines to the GTA statewide contract is easy. Your agency will get all the benefits of the Verizon Wireless Georgia Government Pricing.
Please note only accounts for which your agency is financially liable can affiliate with this contract. Upon completion of the migration process, you will be assigned a new billing account number and all migrating lines will become subject to the terms and conditions of the Verizon Wireless - GTA Contract for Wireless Service and Equipment (GTA-000187-010).

Step 1	Review the Contract Summary, Contract Extension and Contract Amendment
Step 2	Click here to review pricing for plans, equipment and accessories
Step 3	Complete the following documents: - GTA Agency Agreement - Affiliates your agency with the statewide contract - GTA Government Liability Form - Designates those authorized to make purchases - Execute a Purchase Order for Services & Equipment desired - Complete the Federal and state tax exemption: - Federal Tax Exempt Declaration and - Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption
Step 4	Fax all these documents INCLUDING a copy of your agency's tax exempt form to 678-868-2083. A Georgia Government Sales Representative will call to verify all the information and manage the migration process.
