General Information

  1. What are the Verizon Wireless B2B exchange, return and cancellation guidelines?
     
    You may exchange any device or return it for a refund within 30 days from acceptance. You can cancel a line of wireless service within 30 days of activation or upgrade without an early termination fee (ETF) as long as you return any device you purchased from us at a discount within the 30-day period, but you will have to pay for your wireless service through that date. You should consult your wireless agreement for more details.

  2. How will I know when you receive my returned equipment?
     
    Your tracking number. This will show you whether your equipment has been received by our warehouse or is on a delivery truck. If you do not have a tracking number, please call Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 for assistance.

  3. When will my refund appear?
     
    Your refund will appear on your next statement unless we received the equipment on or after the bill cycle end date, in which case the refund will appear on the following statement.
