If you are submitting an ID Fraud Claim for an account you believe is not a wireless account that is located in California, Texas or Florida, please do not submit your claim here. Instead, please contact Frontier at 800-921-8105 to file your claim. If you are unsure of the location or type (wireless or wireline) of account you are disputing, you may continue to submit your claim here. Verizon may refer you to Frontier to submit your claim if the account you are disputing is a wireline account that is located in California, Texas or Florida.
