Verizon Wireless Opens New Retail Location in the Menlo Park Mall

EDISON, NJ — In response to the growing demand for the company's voice and data products and services, Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless provider, has opened a new Communications Store in the Menlo Park Mall in Edison. The new store is located on the second level of the mall, across from Ticket Center.

"Demand for our wireless services is growing steadily, as more people take advantage of calling plans like SingleRate^SM East, our popular Mobile Web services and [FREEUP], a prepaid wireless service designed for young adults," said Shilo Lecorchick, manager of the new store.

Holiday hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Menlo Park Mall store is one of 19 new retail locations Verizon Wireless plans to open this year in the New York Metro area to make shopping for wireless products and services easier and more convenient for customers. The new stores also will create more than 350 sales and customer service positions as well as business opportunities for local construction, architectural and real estate firms.
