Terion Extends Contract with Verizon Wireless To 2005; Continues to Provide Reliable and Cost Effective FleetView Monitoring Service

PLANO, TX — Terion, a leading provider of asset-monitoring systems, today announced that it has extended its existing contract for wireless communications supporting its FleetView™ trailer monitoring system with Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless service provider, until 2005.

Verizon Wireless, the largest wireless network in the country, gives FleetView customers the broadest geographic coverage, superior call quality and data capacity to obtain critical fleet management information in a timely manner. Extending the contract ensures that existing and future FleetView customers will continue to receive highly effective service in an uncertain wireless service environment.
