MILWAUKEE, WI — The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Wisconsin has announced the election of Tracy Nolan to its Board of Directors. Nolan is the regional president for Verizon Wireless, overseeing the company's sales and operations throughout Wisconsin, as well as in northern and central Illinois, parts of northern Indiana and Davenport, Iowa.

Previously, Nolan served as president of Verizon Wireless' Upstate New York Region. She also held senior management positions at Frontier Cellular and McCurdy & Co., and was president & COO of Rochester Retail Inc. Throughout her years of corporate and sales management experience, Nolan has demonstrated a history of record-breaking results and rapid advancement.

While in Upstate New York, Nolan served as the Rochester Chair of the United Way/American Red Cross campaign for 2001, and prior to that was a recipient of the United Way's "Award for Excellence Plus" for work she did as a campaign coordinator. Last year, Nolan also received the Rochester Business Journal's "40 under 40" award.

In addition to her new Board duties with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin, Nolan serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Clarkson University (NY) with a bachelor's degree in market research/management informational services.
