Verizon Wireless Upgrades Seven Cell Sites In Washington County, Pennsylvania

WARRENDALE, PA — In a continuing effort to provide the best wireless service in Washington County, Verizon Wireless, operator of the nation's most reliable wireless network, has upgraded seven cell sites throughout the county, enhancing its service along interstates 70 and 79 as well as routes 19 and 50.

The upgrades increase network capacity in the following areas:

• Bentleyville
• Rostraver
• North Charleroi
• Charleroi
• Southpointe
• Cecil
• North Strabane

The Washington County cell site improvements are part of Verizon Wireless' aggressive multi-billion dollar network investment each year to stay ahead of the growing demand in Pennsylvania and nationwide for the company's voice and data services, such as TXT and Picture Messaging, NationalAccess and Get It Now® ringtones, games, productivity applications and more.
