Illinois Resident Syed Ahmed Named To Verizon Wireless' National President's Cabinet

SCHAUMBURG, IL — Verizon Wireless has named Syed Ahmed of Des Plaines, IL, to the company's prestigious President's Cabinet.

Ahmed, a retail sales representative at the Verizon Wireless Communications Store at 701 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Vernon Hills was given the President's Cabinet designation for ranking in the top two percent nationally in sales during 2004, placing him as one of the company's top performers among its more than 15,000 sales executives.

Ahmed earned the honor by demonstrating exceptional sales leadership in providing Chicago-area customers with outstanding service on company plans and products, such as the BroadbandAccess high-speed wireless data network, and TXT and Picture Messaging services.
