MORRISTOWN, NJ — Essex County resident Rhonda Baskerville, coordinator of sales operations for Verizon Wireless, has received the company's President's Award for Excellence, which recognizes employees for exceptional teamwork, leadership and outstanding customer service.
Baskerville earned the award for her exemplary success in handling business customers' calls using the company's one-call resolution model, which is designed to deliver outstanding customer service and address customers' questions the first time they call. She also was honored for her expertise in order processing, price plan analysis and developing innovative voice and data solutions for customers.
Bakersville was one of six Verizon Wireless employees to receive the President's Award for Excellence.
