BEDMINSTER, NJ — Verizon Wireless, owner of the nation's most reliable wireless network, announced today it has been named to Training magazine's 2006 list of "Top 100 Training Organizations in America." This is the fifth consecutive year Verizon Wireless has been recognized for its training and development programs. The company ranked No. 6 this year, up from No. 14 last year.

Verizon Wireless was honored for using new technology and training approaches to support the company's business goals and objectives. In 2005, Verizon Wireless added more customers than any other wireless carrier and has the highest customer loyalty in the industry.*
