Verizon Wireless Customers Can Now Personalize Their Mobile Phones With Sonic's ToneMaker DJ And Wallpaper Maker

BASKING RIDGE, NJ, NEW YORK, NY and LOS ANGELES, CA — Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless provider, and Sonic Branding Solutions (Sonic), a leading mobile entertainment developer and publisher, announced today Sonic's popular ring tone creation application, ToneMaker DJ, and its innovative screen saver creation application, Wallpaper Maker, are available today on Verizon Wireless' Get It Now^® service. These applications give Verizon Wireless customers new personalization tools to help them create unique sounds and images for their mobile phones.

Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now-enabled phones can now access Sonic's award-winning flagship product, ToneMaker DJ. Customers with ToneMaker DJ can create original ring tones with an easy-to-use four-track interface which downloads and mixes thousands of royalty-free sounds from famous celebrities and musicians. Budding artists can display their work and download and review the creations of others that have produced ring tones with ToneMaker DJ.

Wallpaper Maker is the first screensaver-designer which allows customers to take photos from any source or choose from a large selection of pre-made wallpapers and customize them using an extensive library of special effects and clip-art. With advanced editing capabilities, Verizon Wireless customers can take personalization of their mobile phones to the next level by creating original, custom-made wallpapers. As with ToneMaker DJ, Sonic has built in wide ranging community features into Wallpaper Maker.

Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now-enabled phones can download ToneMaker DJ from the getTONES shopping aisle or Wallpaper Maker from the getWALLPAPER shopping aisle of the Get It Now virtual store; each application is available for $4.49 monthly access. Download charges for Get It Now applications vary and airtime charges apply when browsing, downloading and using certain applications. Customers need Verizon Wireless digital service to access the Get It Now virtual store.
