FT. MYERS, FL — Verizon Wireless has opened a new 3,200-square-foot retail location in Cape Coral, adding another convenient location for wireless users along Florida's fast-growing Southwest coast. The full-service store located at 1402 Del Prado Boulevard in Del Prado Plaza already is serving customers through its dedicated customer service area, an expanded demonstration floor and a self-serve bill-payment kiosk.
The store will host a weeklong grand opening celebration for Cape Coral residents in early 2007.
"This Cape Coral store is part of our commitment to provide our customers here with increased convenience and responsive customer service," said Mike Lanman, Florida region president for Verizon Wireless. "Every day, more people in Southwest Florida are taking advantage of the state's most reliable wireless network, finding fun and value in new services like V CAST, getPIX Picture Messaging and NationalAccess high-speed wireless data."
