Verizon Wireless is hosting workshops online and at Communications Stores throughout the state of Kansas to help customers get the most out of their smartphones. The free workshops will cover a variety of topics, including smartphones and Mobile Broadband devices like the HTC ThunderBolt and Motorola XOOM, and operating systems including Android Basic and Advanced Android, with more topics coming soon. Customers may check the Wireless Workshops webpage for a complete list of upcoming workshops in their areas.
Customers may also educate themselves using Verizon Wireless’ online version of the workshops on demand at www.verizonwireless.com/workshops. Site visitors can register and choose from a list of available topics and access online tutorials. Online and in-store demonstrations include tips and tricks for preserving battery life, device customization and popular applications, as well as tools and resources to help customers manage their wireless lives.
