Verizon Wireless Statement On Consumer Reports' Naughty & Nice Holiday List

In response to Consumer Reports’ Naughty & Nice Holiday List, Verizon Wireless issued the following statement this week:
“Consumer Reports gets coal in its stocking this year for failing to recognize that:
- Verizon Wireless leads the wireless industry with a variety of consumer-friendly tools and options that help our customers monitor and manage their accounts and
- Verizon Wireless, in fact, helped lead the charge to create the new industry standards for customer usage alerts, most of which we currently meet or exceed.”
