Three temporary cell sites being located in St. Louis’ Soulard neighborhood to keep people connected throughout the Mardi Gras festivities.

Temporary cell sites will be placed strategically throughout Soulard to keep Mardi Gras partiers connected in the large crowds through the duration of the festivities.
